  • A Copywriter with strong experience writing customer service communications.
  • Someone who can see the bigger picture, and understands how great content helps deliver a great customer experience.
  • Someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment (preferably an agency), can deliver at pace and work to hard deadlines.
  • Someone looking for part-time flexible working from home.

About the role

As our Copywriter, you’ll be writing for a global audience. We write across many different channels, so you’ll be writing conversational dialogue and digital experiences as well as more traditional white mail too.

To give you an idea of the things you’ll be writing, in the last month or so we’ve:

  • Written new joiner journey communications for a top 10 energy company
  • Written a new claims experience for a multinational insurance company based in Canada
  • Improved the white mail templates used by a challenger brand in financial services
  • Created online FAQs for a household name retailer
  • Written live chat templates for one of the UK’s leading technology companies
  • Written IVR messages for one of the biggest airlines in the UK

Must haves

  • A solid experience of writing operational communications
  • A flare for writing concise, conversational, compelling copy for different media
  • A client-centric view of the world; always putting their needs first
  • An ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Confidence in writing to different styles depending on a client’s tone of voice.
