Give her a colour palette and some brand guidelines, and she's smiling!  

Outside of work, you'll find her conquering mountains, battling whitewater in a kayak, or serenading the wilderness with her classical guitar. 

Ismail, our very own Production Powerhouse, oversees all things audio, both before and after it's recorded. From wrangling voiceover artists to producing and editing audio in over 40 languages, there's seemingly no audio task Ismail can't conquer. With a degree in Business and Marketing, plus his skills in audio, visual design, and even data analysis, he's a true hat-trick.  

When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him glued to Formula 1, having a kickabout, or proving his early morning runs actually happened on Strava. 

Julia, our Relationship Rockstar, brings years of Account Management experience to the table. She works closely with clients to really understand their challenges and offer the right solutions, improving customer journeys across every touchpoint. Before diving into the world of communications and account management, Julia even spent some time as a teacher, so she's a natural at explaining things clearly. 

When she’s offline, you'll find Julia running, cycling, or off exploring new places, with a high probability of at least one mountain being involved in her adventures. 

Arul carefully analyses financial data and develops robust plans to support the business's long-term financial stability.  A disciple of effective cost management and an innovative problem solver, he drives improved financial performance. His hands on approach and effective risk management are key to promoting sustainable financial growth and security of the business. 

When he's not expertly juggling numbers and financial forecasts, he's enthusiastically juggling the joys and chaos of parenthood and embracing the vibrant lifestyle of Italy. 

Emma, our resident Clarity Conjurer, expertly uses our communication principles to deliver real, tangible benefits and actual results for our clients (no smoke and mirrors here!). With an English degree and CRM system smarts, she's a whizz at smoothing out customer journeys across every channel and data point.  

When she's not making things crystal clear for clients, you'll likely find Emma running off all the delicious food she loves, or maybe hiking to find even more tasty treats! 

Katie, our resident Wow Wizard, has a laser-sharp focus on figuring out exactly what makes our clients and their customers tick, then conjuring up tailored solutions that really pack a punch! Whether she's meticulously reviewing IVR maps, finessing brand voice, or leading our super popular in-house training sessions, she's all about helping brands communicate clearly and confidently. Katie’s knack for blending creative thinking with solid strategy means clients walk away with solutions that not only sound great but also feel spot-on – it's all part of the "wow" process! 

When she’s away from her desk – she spends a lot of her time being an incredible mummy! It’s a full time job on its own but she still manages to keep a look out for her next chocolate orange! 

Joe strategically aligns client operations across all channels to deliver excellent CX, implementing solutions that boost satisfaction across the customer journey. He expertly manages projects, ensuring consistent brand experience across every touchpoint, ultimately empowering clients to build stronger relationships and achieve growth through superior CX.  

In his spare time, he's a true man of the world with a passion for travel and experiencing diverse cultures. 

Alan, our Senior Production Manager and resident "Old Skool" guru, has been in his role since dial-up was still a thing! He's launched, loaded, and lovingly looked after projects across every platform imaginable, always one step ahead of those pesky tech changes.  

With over 30 years in the digital trenches, he's the unflappable calm in any tech storm.  

When he escapes the IVR world, you'll find him at his pottery café, hosting quirky jigsaw puzzle race nights or fuelling hungry cyclists. Oh, and he also blows a mean sax in several local bands, just for kicks. 

With a strong foundation in web design, development, APIs, and various web technologies, Bon also delves into the innovative areas of bots, artificial intelligence, and automation. His skills enable clients to harness these powerful tools for efficient operations and improved digital engagement.

Beyond his technical prowess, Bon brings a keen eye for visual communication, seamlessly integrating his graphic design expertise into his web projects. He crafts compelling visual identities and user interfaces, ensuring not only functionality but also a polished and engaging user experience. He also keeps the entire Tribe’s tech running smoothly and keeps on top of our security and governance!

Outside of his tech and design acumen, he's a dedicated student of Mandarin and a passionate culinary enthusiast, with a particular flair for both baking and creating flavourful Asian dishes.

Jackie builds rock-solid client relationships, drops strategic wisdom for their wins (especially with killer IVR improvements & on point music on hold), she champions their success.   A dedicated advocate, skilfully navigating challenges and developing plans for growth, especially in optimising IVR systems for better results. 

Client whisperer by day, culinary genius by night!  When she clocks out, you'll likely find this Irish charm in the kitchen cooking up a storm (with a cheeky glass in hand) or strategically positioned in the garden, soaking up every precious ray of that elusive sunshine. 

Itai, our resident AI & UX Smarty Pants, is the go-to guru for all things chatbot and self-service design. Helping clients turn those channels into smooth and satisfying journeys, cleverly blending his deep understanding of customer behaviour with some seriously smart conversation design. Whether it's saving time, cutting admin, or boosting CX, Itai's work is all about creating experiences that are intuitive, effective, and genuinely helpful.

Liza, our fearless CX Kingpin and Sales & Marketing Director, is a powerhouse when it comes to delivering measurable business results. With decades of contact centre expertise under her belt, she's a pro at negotiation, finding cost savings, and uncovering that elusive ROI. She's passionate, commercially savvy, and has a knack for knowing exactly what clients need (sometimes before they even do!). Liza doesn't shy away from the tough stuff, tells it like it is, and gets things done. She also has a peculiar obsession with perfectly aligned slides, a mystery that even she can't quite explain. 

She doesn’t slow down away from her desk either, she spends her time off drag racing, shooting or anything else adrenaline fuelled – usually with a packet of crisps close at hand!

Hannah, our very own Efficiency Oracle, works closely with clients to boost their content performance and make their customers happy. Armed with an English degree, her excellent writing skills are put to great use crafting everything from client emails to chatbots that don't sound like robots, and IVR menus that actually make sense.  

When Hannah isn't at her desk, you'll probably find her running or walking through the Oxfordshire countryside, possibly on her way to buy another book for her ever-growing collection (a habit we wholeheartedly endorse!). 

Susie, our Director of Customer Wow and resident detail devotee, is a true champion of quality, always pushing to make every client experience the best it can be. With an uncanny knack for spotting even the tiniest things others might miss, Susie’s unwavering commitment to getting things right means absolutely nothing slips through the cracks.
